RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us! To initiate a return, please email us at tasha.sorensen@yahoo.com

We will gladly accept the return of unused items within 15 days of delivery for in-store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached, no signs of wear and tear, no stains, free from animal hair/scent, or cigarette smoke. Items returned that have been clearly worn, washed, or are in otherwise used condition will not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). 

There will be no returns on sale items, hats, or hair accessories. These items are considered final sale. 

Returns are eligible for in-store credit only. We are not able to do exchanges at this time because of how fast items can sell out on our website. If you’d like to exchange something, we recommend ordering the new item/size right away and initiating a return for the old item. In-store credit does not expire and can be used towards the purchase of any item from our website.  

We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We recognize that returns are not ideal. We will do our best to accommodate you, however in the rare occasion where we feel our policy is being abused, we reserve the right to refuse returns and/or charge a restocking fee.

If you are shipping items totaling over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. My Little Lady is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
