We go through the tedious process of searching out beautiful, high quality, and unique items that will not disappoint. We make an extra effort to only sell items that we absolutely love. By shopping at My Little Lady, you are supporting a local mama with big dreams!

We are Located in Caldwell, Idaho.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
We recommend you wash all garments on gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Here are some additional laundering tips that can help keep your clothes in great shape:
- Wash clothing in garment bag for additional protection
- Wash clothing inside out
- Allow clothing to air dry or tumble dry
- Items containing embellishments should be hand washed and laid flat to dry
- Use iron or steamer as needed to remove wrinkles
WHEN WILL AN ITEM BE BACK IN STOCK?
We try to restock our out-of-stock items as quickly and as often as possible. However, this largely depends on whether or not the item is still in production with our designers. You can click on “notify me” next to the item and size on our website, and you will automatically receive an text or email as soon as it’s back in stock.
SALES & DISCOUNT CODES
Sales and discount codes are valid during the promotional period only. Sales and discounts are non transferable on returns which occur after the promotional period.
REFUNDS
Returns are eligible for in-store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
RETURNS
We will gladly accept the return of unused items within 15 days of delivery for in-store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached. You can read more about our return policy here.
EXCHANGES
Because of how fast items can sell out on our website, we do not offer online exchanges. If you’d like to exchange something, we recommend ordering the new item/size right away and initiating a return for the old item.
SHIPPING
When you order from My Little Lady, we do our best to ship your order out as fast as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. We ship via USPS. Delivery times vary by location and season. To avoid shipping charges, you may opt for local pickup. You can learn more about that here. Domestic orders over $50 always ship free.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
Please inspect your items upon receipt carefully. We inspect all items before shipping, but if we’ve missed anything, we require notification within 5 days of receipt. Please email us at info@mllboutique.com with photos of the damage. We will respond to resolve the matter for you as soon as possible.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/COLOR/SIZE. WHAT DO I DO?
Please notify us immediately via email at info@mllboutique.com. We will make every effort to resolve the matter for you and get you the correct item as soon as possible. If the error was ours, return shipping will be covered.
MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
If you cannot locate your package, please contact your local USPS station through their local number and not the USPS hotline. Your local station’s phone number can be found on the USPS website. This will make sure you’re talking to a live person who works at your local post office. Give them your tracking number and let them know what your tracking says. They will be able to track the package’s last geo-tag scan and tell you if the package was delivered to the wrong address or if it was in fact delivered to your address. If the package has been stolen, please contact your local authorities. My Little Lady is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
